Saturdads is for dads and male carers and their children. It’s aimed at children from babies to reception-age, although slightly older children are welcome too.

There is no charge for Saturdads. Entry and all refreshments are free of charge.

Saturdads is run and funded by Hebron Church as a way of serving the amazing dads of Long Ashton and the surrounding area, and showing them God’s love.

Saturdads runs on the third Saturday of each month from 10am-12pm.

We know you may have other commitments or need to work around nap times, so you’re welcome to come for all or just part of the session.

The dad/carer remains responsible for their own children at all times. We do our best to provide a safe and fun environment for you to play together, and for you to meet other dads. However, we don’t provide childcare.

There are lots of games and activities suitable for children up to reception age. You can expect to find cars, building blocks and colouring.

Often we’ll have an activity or craft you can do with your child(ren).

We’ll usually have a short Bible-based story and a game partway through the session.

Yes. We have a space assigned for babies, with high chairs and baby toys. We have a bottle warmer available for use, and spare nappies in case you run out.

If you let us know in advance, we’ll do our best to cater for you. There is always a vegetarian option, and gluten free bread available.

Saturdads is a nut-free event. For the sake of those with allergies, please don’t bring nuts with you to Saturdads.
